Title |
Single cell transcriptomics of the tumor immune microenvironment from checkpoint blockade-treated KPC tumors |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Single cell transcriptomes of CD45+ cells from KPC tumor subcutaneous allografts, either treated with PD-1+CTLA-4 checkpoint blockade or treatment-naïve.

Overall design |
We isolated CD45+ cells from KPC tumors and performed 10X single-cell sequencing. KPC tumors were either treated with PD-1+CTLA-4 combination checkpoint blockade on days 6 and 9 post tumor challenge or treatment-naïve. Four tumors per experimental group were collected and sequenced.
