Summary Human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) were cultured in serum-free medium with 50 μmol/L ADMA (ADMA group) or without ADMA (NA group ).
Asymmetric dimethylarginine is a typical uremic toxin which used to induce HUVEC injury.
 
Overall design ADMA treated HUVEC may release different miRNAs campared to normal control cells. The cells culture supernatant were collected and detected.
