Summary |
Human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) were cultured in serum-free medium with 50 μmol/L ADMA (ADMA group) or without ADMA (NA group ). Asymmetric dimethylarginine is a typical uremic toxin which used to induce HUVEC injury.

ADMA treated HUVEC may release different miRNAs campared to normal control cells. The cells culture supernatant were collected and detected.
