Title Dysfunction of 5-methylcytosine oxidases and the Polycomb protein RYBP leads to widespread DNA hypermethylation and cell transformation [WGBS]
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Methylation profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We inactivated RYBP, YAF2, TET1, TET2, and TET3 in bronchial cells, individually and in combination, and observed widespread DNA methylation by performing whole genome bisulfite sequencing.

Overall design Comparative DNA methylation analysis of WGBS data in HBEC3 defective cell (Control cells, RKO, YKO, TET2 KO, TET3KO, TET2/TET3 DKO, TET123 TKO and TET123/RYBP QKO )
