Summary |
Using the highly sensitive miRNA array, we screened 3100 microRNAs abundant in the high phosphorus-treated endothelial cells derived exosome and we explored the functions of these miRNAs.

Overall design |
In this study, exosome samples from normal and high concentrations of inorganic phosphate-induced ECs were extracted to acquire the miRNA expression profiling. And the function of the abudant miRNAs were analyzed,which may provide potential therapeutic targets for arterial calcification in ESRD patients.
