Title Whole transcriptomics analysis of lacrimal gland during chronic inflammation progression.

Summary To identify the molecular pathways altered during the progression of chronic inflammation in the lacrimal gland, we compared the transcriptome of NOD.B10.H2b vs BALB/cJ mice at different time points
 
Overall design We sequenced RNA from lacrimal glands of BALB/cJ (control) and NOD.H2b (disease) mice aged of 2, 4 and 6 months in triplicates.
