Summary Single cell transcriptomic profiling (sc RNA-seq) of diatery arachidonic acid (AA) induced gene expression pogram associated with regeneration in intestinal organoids.
 
Overall design Single cells of intestinal crypts from mice fed with control or AA-Rich (AR) diet were flow-sorted and then loaded into 10X Chromium platform.
