Summary Amisulpride, a known antipsychotic drug, was identified to target synovial fibroblasts activation in arthritis through novel identified targets.
 
Overall design 3’ RNA-Seq (QuantSeq) profiling of isolated hTNFtg primary mouse joint synovial fibroblasts and hTNFtg synovial fibroblasts treated with Amisulpride for 48h. 3 replicates per group.
