Title Rapid PTEFb-dependent transcriptional reorganization underpins the glioma adaptive response to radiotherapy [ATAC-Seq]
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary This study examines the reorganization of transcriptionally active chromatin that underlies the adaptive response of glioblastoma cells to radiotherapy.

Overall design ATACSeq were conducted in the DIPG4 cell line in the presence or absence of AZD or DMSO as control and subjected or not to radiation.
