Title Nuclear Pyruvate Dehydrogenase Complex regulates EIN2-directed Histone Acetylation and Transcriptional Regulation in the Ethylene Response.[ChIP-Seq]
Organism Arabidopsis thaliana
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Next-generation sequencing (NGS) has been used to study the histone acetylation in Arabidopsis etiolated seedlings under air and ethylene treatment. The goal of this study is to investigate how pyruvate dehydrogenase complex is involved in histone acetylation changes in response to ethylene.

Overall design Three-day-old etiolated Arabidopsis seedling genome histone acetylation profiling by high throughput sequencing of pdc mutants were generated by sequencing, in 2 replications, using Illumina HiSeq 2000
