Title Tryptophan as a miR team organizer prevents colon cancer liver metastasis [colon]
Platform organism synthetic construct
Sample organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Non-coding RNA profiling by array
Summary Tryptophan treatment play a significant role in miR expression. We have characterized the miR expression network through miR-on-chip profiling of the mouse treated with or without tryptophan.
In this dataset, we include the expression data from mouse small intestine and colon tissue treated with or without tryptophan.

Overall design C57BL/6 mice are randomly devided into two groups. Each group of mice (n=8) were respectively fed with Trp depleted diet (TrpD, 0% tryptophan, w/w) or a paired diet (PD, 1.2% tryptophan, w/w). Mice tissue were dissected and pooled as two samples for each treatment.
