Title High concentration of adrenaline blocks key cell cycle genes and exhibits antifibrotic and vasoconstrictor effects in glaucoma surgery
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary To investigate the effects of adrenaline on fibrosis in glaucoma surgery. Human Tenon’s fibroblasts (HTFs) were treated with adrenaline (0%, 0.0005%, 0.01%) for 24 hours and RNA-Sequencing was performed on the Illumina NextSeq2000. We carried out detailed gene ontology, pathway, disease and drug enrichment analyses.

Overall design Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for HTFs treated with different concentrations of adrenaline (0%, 0.0005%, 0.01%).
