Summary Silencing of the adaptor SH3BP2 impairs Gastrointestinal stromal tumors growth through miRNAs
We dissected SH3BP2 pathway in Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor cells (GIST) performing a miRNA array in SH3BP2-silenced GIST cells
 
Overall design GIST cells lines :GIST 48 and GIST 882 were transduced with NTshRNA and SH3BP2 shRNA (seq21) lentivirus as described ( Serrano-Candelas, E. et al Mol. Oncol. 2018). MicroRNA array experiments were performed in triplicates and conducted by Exiqon, Services, Demark.
