Title Transcriptome profiling of classical monocytes in ME/CFS post exercise challenge
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We collected classical monocytes from frozen PBMCs of healthy controls and ME/CFS cases for bulk RNA-seq. PBMCs were collected 24h after participants conducted a cardiopulmonary exercise test (CPET).
