Summary |
To investigate the molecular mechanism of small molecule compound-induced transdifferentiation of bovine fibroblasts into adipocytes, we established direct conversion of bovine ear fibroblasts (BearFs) into the chemically-induced adipocytes (CiADCs) using three Small Molecular Compound.

Overall design |
We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 stages induced adipocytes at three time points Cells at the end of 0 day,3 day and 6 day were analyzed by RNA-seq.
