Title Mitochondria- and polyribosome-interacting lncRNA sequencing analysis in human embryonic stem cells, iPSCs and fibroblasts
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary RNA-seq reveals the differentially distributed mitochondrial and polyribosome related lncRNAs in human pluripotent stem cells versus fibroblasts

Overall design The human H9 embryo stem cell line, human induced pluripotent stem cell and human fibroblast cells (C11/S0730 line, PMID: 21636641) were used to isolate RNAs from the whole cell, mitochondria, polyribosomes for Illumina Library sequencing.
