Title Epigenome analysis of a pheochromocytoma sample carrying co-ocurrent mutations in NF1 and DLST.
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Methylation profiling by array
Summary Genome wide DNA methylation profiling of a pheochromocytoma sample carrying co-ocurrent mutations in NF1 and DLST. The Illumina Infinium EPIC Human DNA methylation Beadchip v1.2 was used to obtain a DNA methylation profile across approximately 850,000 CpGs. The main goal of this project was to gain insight into the role of these events in tumour development.

Overall design Bisulphite converted DNA from the tumor sample was hybridised to the Illumina Infinium EPIC Human Methylation Beadchip
