Summary |
To investigate class A G protein-coupled receptors (GPCR)-targeted drugs in the regulation of osteogenic differentiation, we investigated the effects of drugs using mesenchymal stromal cells. We conducted whole-transcriptome analysis using bulk RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) of six drugs.
