Title Effect of small M. tuberculosis RNA MTS1338 on the transcriptome under various stress conditions
Organism Mycobacterium tuberculosis
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary The study was carried out to study the effect of small RNA MTS1338 on the M. tuberculosis transcriptome under various stress conditions (low pH, oxidative and nitrosative stress) .

Overall design Control ("Empty" pMV vector, pMV_E) and overexpressing MTS1338 (1338over) strains of M. tuberculosis were grown to a logarithmic growth stage, then treated with stress conditions according to the described protocol. All experiments were performed in biological triplicates
