Title |
Isolation, characterization, proteome, miRNAome, and the embryotrophic effects of chicken egg yolk nanovesicles (vitellovesicles) |
Organism |
Gallus gallus |
Experiment type |
Non-coding RNA profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We provide a detailed analysis of miRNA in the egg yolk vesicles.
|
|
|
Overall design |
Egg yolk of freshly oviposited commercially purchased eggs (n=3) were aseptically aspirated and diluted 10 times with phosphate-buffered saline (PBS). Egg yolk vesicles were isolated through ultracetrifugation and used for RNA extraction and sequencing.
