Title Impact of pCER270 on Bacillus cereus sensu lato gene expression

Summary Transcriptome analyses after the transfer of pCER270-spec megaplasmid in B. cereus F4810-72 (previously cured for its plasmid), B. thuringiensis HD73, and B. weihenstephanensis KBAB6 strains. We determined differentially expressed genes in pCER270+ strains in comparison with pCER270- strains.
 
Overall design Total RNAs from B. cereus F4810-72 pCER270- (triplicate), B. cereus F4810-72 pCER270+ (triplicate), B. thuringiensis HD73 pCER270- (triplicate), B. thuringiensis HD73 pCER270+(triplicate), B. weihenstephanensis KBAB6 pCER270- (triplicate) and B. weihenstephanensis KBAB6 pCER270+ (triplicate) were analyzed from LB and HCT samples, by high-throughput sequencing
