Title Role of ATP-dependent chromatin remodellers in regulating global gene expression in Saccharomyces cerevisiae

Summary We report change in the gene expression levels and this change is associated with the change in higher order folding upon deletion of ATP-dependent chromatin remodellers.
 
Overall design RNA was extracted from both wildtype and triple deletion (ISW1, ISW2 and CHD1) strain using acidic phenol: chloroform method, ribosomal RNA was depleted by ribozero kit, cDNA was generated by kit, and cDNA library were prepared for NGS and sequenced.
