Overall design |
RNA was extracted from both wildtype and triple deletion (ISW1, ISW2 and CHD1) strain using acidic phenol: chloroform method, ribosomal RNA was depleted by ribozero kit, cDNA was generated by kit, and cDNA library were prepared for NGS and sequenced.
