RNA-Seq analysis was carried out to investigate the effects of selective CDK8/19 inhibitor Senexin B on gene expression in HEK293 cells (293-WT) or the CDK8/19 double-knockout (293-dKO) derivatives.

Overall design |
293-WT or 293-dKO cells were treated with 0.1% DMSO (vehicle control) or 1 μM Senexin B for 24 or 72 hours. Each treatment condition was done in biological triplicate.
