Title Bulk RNA sequencing of high- and low-functional connectivity glioblastomas

Summary We report RNA sequencing of 7 glioblastomas, which are used to interrogate the biologic differences between high- and low-functional connectivity regions of the tumors.
 
Overall design mRNA profiles of 7 glioblastoma samples from 5 patients. 3 samples were from high-connectivity regions, 4 samples were from low-connectivity regions.
