Title Transcriptome in Rat liver, 3 months after 7 weeks of control diet, high fat diet or heat-mositure-treated high fat diet

Summary In the present study, we designed a 7-week rat model, consuming high-fat diet or heat-misture-treated high fat diet. The liver was used for microarray analyses.
Transcriptome profiling reveal that high-fat diet with or with out heat-moisture treatment induced different transcriptome changes, mainly on lipid metabolism and inflammation.
 
Overall design High-fat diet, or heat-moisture-treated high-fat diet were administrated to rats, the livers were used for RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays.
