Using lineage tracing methodology (TgKI(krt4-p2a-mNeonGreen-t2a-iCre); ubb:loxp-CFP-stop-loxp-H2BmCherry), we used FACS to sort out mCherry positive cells in adult zebrafish pancreas, indicating cells in the krt4+ cell lineage
