Summary To investigate the glutamine inhibition combined with CD47 blockade regulation of ferroptosis in HNSCC.
We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 different cells at two time points.
 
Overall design Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for SCC7 cells and cells received radiotherapy.
