Title Gene expression profile at the single-cell level of tumor-infiltrating CD8+ T cells from tumor-bearing mice transferred Nrf2-deficient CD8+ T cells or WT CD8+ T cells
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary To investigate the function of Nrf2-deficient CD8 T cells in the regulation of anti-tumor response, we established adoptive transfer models. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from single-cell RNA-seq(scRNA-seq) of Nrf2-deficient and WT CD8 T cells in the tumor.

Overall design Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of scRNA-seq data for Nrf2-deficient and WT CD8+ T cells in the solid tumor
