Series GSE230723 Query DataSets for GSE230723
Status Public on Apr 26, 2024
Title The initial age-associated decline in early T-cell progenitors reflects fewer pre-thymic progenitors and altered signals in the bone marrow and thymus microenvironments
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary To identify candidatemechanisms underlying the early decline in CLPs and MPPs by 3MO.

Overall design We carried out bulk RNA-seq on 1MO v 3MO CLPs and MPPs (N=3 independent experimental repeats) using 150bp paired-end sequencing with a target of 20 million reads per sample.
