Summary Termination site sequencing (term-seq) (Dar et al., 2016) was used to map transcript 3' ends and potential processing sites in Campylobacter jejuni NCTC11168 wildtype and ribonuclease deletion strains.
 
Overall design Total RNA was extracted from C. jejuni NCTC11168 WT and RNase III (rnc, Cj1635c), RNase Y (rny, Cj1209), PNPase (pnp, Cj1253), and RNase R (rnr, Cj0631c) deletion strains grown to exponential phase, genomic DNA was removed with DNase I and rRNA depleted, cDNA libraries were prepared at Vertis Biotechnologie AG, Freising, Germany, deep-sequencing was performed on an Illumina NextSeq 500 instrument
