Title Pneumonia-induced shedding of epithelial heparan sulfate inhibits the bactericidal activity of cathelicidin
Organism Staphylococcus aureus subsp. aureus NCTC 8325
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Interrogating Staphylococcus aureus transcriptional changes in the presence or absence of glycosaminoglycans, specifically heparin.
