Title Gene expression of MDCK cells with antivirals treatment

Summary In addition to directly inhibiting viral proteins, some antiviral drugs inhibit virus replication through regulation of host gene expression. Here we test whether antiviral activity of antivirals is independent of modulating gene expression in infected host cells.
 
Overall design Transcriptional profiling was employed to test whether antivirals inhibit viral replication through the modulation of host gene expression in MDCK cells.
