Title Effect of NleE effector on gene expression in HCT116 cells

Summary To investigate the function of NleE in the regulation of host transcription, we established HCT116 cell lines stably expressing NleE. We performed toal RNA-seq and compared transcription of HCT116 cells with and without NleE expression.
 
Overall design Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for HCT 116 cells expressing NleE and HCT 116 cells with empty vector.
