Title SPA regulation of light induced gene expressions in dark-grown Arabidopsis thaliana
Organism Arabidopsis thaliana
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary The total mRNA and polysomal RNA expression profiles of wild type (Col-0) and the quadruple spa mutant (spaQ) were analyzed under dark or in 4 hour light treated condition. The gene expression changed in spaQ mutant was analyzed and compared with Col-0.

Overall design We have total of 24 samples. Twelve of them are 4 days dark-grown seedlings, Col-0 and spaQ mutant, to do the total RNA extraction and polysomal RNA extraction, each has three replicates. And the rest of them are the 4 days dark-grown seedlings treated with 4 h light treatment, Col-0 and spaQ mutant, to do the total RNA extraction and polysomal RNA extraction, each has three replicates.
