Title |
Cas9-Mediated Knockout of Ndrg2 Enhances the Regenerative Potential of Dendritic Cells for Wound Healing |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We performed single-cell RNA sequencing on bone marrow derived, cultured dendritic cells after CRISPR-knockout of Ndrg2, after vitamin D3 treatment or no treatment. In addition we performed single-cell RNA sequencing of wounds that had been treated with hydrogels seeded with Ndrg2-KO dendritic cells, control (untreated) dendritic cells or blank hydrogels.

Overall design |
scRNA-seq was performed on murine cells collected from parabiome excisional wounds. Cells labeled as GFP+ were isolated and sequenced to analyze cells in the circulation that hone to the wound upon treatment.
