Summary |
As goats are important domestic animals, the regulation of germline and gonadal somatic cells in goats during the mitotic quiescence phase has not been investigated previously. In this study, we employed single-cell RNA sequencing to identify transcriptional signatures of major prospermatogonia and somatic cell types of the testes in goats from E85, E105 and E125.

we obtained goat testis tissues from 3 embryonic stages (E85, E105 and E125) with ethical approval and performed scRNA-seq in this study
