Overall design |
Serum samples of 30 women, which consist of leiomyosarcoma, adenosarcoma, endometrial stromal sarcoma (ESS), uterine smooth muscle tumors of uncertain malignant potential (STUMP), and leiomyoma, were used. Serum miRNA profiles were investigated using 3D-GeneĀ® RNA extraction reagent from liquid sample kit (Toray Industries, Inc.).
