Title Gene expression profile at single cell level of p16INK4a+ fibroblasts from fibrotic mouse lung

Summary We studied the role of p16INK4a+ fibroblasts in lung fibrosis. We used single cell RNA seq (scRNA-seq) to characterize p16INK4a+ fibroblasts in fibrotic lung.
 
Overall design The p16INK4a+ lung fibroblasts of INKBRITE mice were isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) according to the presence of eGFP signal and analyzed using scRNAseq.
