Summary To investigate effects of Adjudin on gene expression of postnatal day 0 mouse islets (P0 islets), islets from postnatal day 0 mouse (regardless of sex) were isolated, cultured in incubator for overnight recovery, and treated with either DMSO or 10 µM Adjudin for 1 day before RNA sequencing.
