Title Single-nucleus transcriptional profiling of chronic kidney disease after cisplatin nephrotoxicity
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Cisplatin induces both acute and chronic nephrotoxicity during chemotherapy in cancer patients. Here, we report the study of single-nucleus sequencing (snRNA-seq) of cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity.

Overall design Male C57BL/6 mice were given 4 consecutive weekly injections of 8 mg/kg cisplatin. Kidney tissues were collected at 9 weeks after the first cisplatin injection for single-nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq)
