Title Gene expression from HCT116 cells after LS 1 2 treatment

Summary To determine the signaling pathway involved in LS-1-2-mediated tumor inhibition, we performed genome-wide gene expression by comparing HCT116 cells with and without LS-1-2treatment.
 
Overall design Differentially expressed genes total 2324 were identified between control vs 0.1 μM LS-1-2 6h, control vs 0.1 μM LS-1-2 12h, and control vs 0.1 μM LS-1-2 24h.
