Title Transcriptome of activated mouse primary hepatic stellate cells treated with the OGT inhibitor OSMI-1
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary RNA-seq analysis of mouse primary myofibroblastic hepatic stellate cells (pMF-HSCs) treated or not with OSMI-1 OGT inhibitor (OGTi).

Overall design Differential gene expression analysis in mouse primary myofibroblastic hepatic stellate cells (pMF-HSCs at 7 d of culture) treated with vehicle (DMSO) or OSMI-1 OGT inhibitor (OGTi used at 50 µM for 24 h).
