Summary Here, we profile miRNA expression at high temporal resolution (1 hr interval) during C. elegans postembryonic development, which identifies several miRNAs with highly dynamic concentration changes
 
Overall design Synchronized L1's of N2 and HW2643 (mir-235(xe181[seed_mutant]) were plated on 10 cm plates (2000 worms/plate) and kept at 25°C for the time-course. Every hour samples were collected from 18h to 30h, extracted RNA, treated with DNAse and subjected to small-RNA sequencing
