Series GSE248748 Query DataSets for GSE248748
Status Public on Dec 01, 2023
Title EWSR1::ATF1 Orchestrates the Clear Cell Sarcoma Transcriptome in Human Tumors and A Mouse Genetic Model [ChIP-Seq 2]
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary A particular fusion protein that drives the rare, but deadly pediatric cancer, clear cell sarcoma. The fusion protein was expressed in mice, leading to the formation of similar tumors as those it causes in humans. This permitted the study of fusion protein function in these tumors.

Overall design Chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing (chip-seq) for H3K27ac with Abcam ab4279 anti-H3K27ac in SU-CCS-1
