Title Gene expression profile at single cell level of fixed CD55+ myeloid progenitors
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Murine bone marrow CD55+ myeloid progenitors were fixed and submitted to Flex ScRNA-seq with CITE-seq in order to investigate eosinophil ontogeny and development.

Overall design Murine bone marrow progenitors were fixed, CD55+ myeloid were sorted by FACS and submitted to the Flex 10x Genomics pipeline.
