Title |
The SW480 cell line as a model of resident and migrating colon cancer stem cells |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Gene expression profiling of the SW480 sphere and bulk subpopulations.
|
|
|
Overall design |
RNAseq profiles of subpopulations from the SW480 colon cancer cell line. N = 4 replicates per group.
Please note that the current study explores an additional subpopulation in the SW480 colon cancer cell line (i.e. "spheres"). For reference, the normalized data (with similar preprocessing) of other two subpopulations that have been sequenced in the same lab (GSM4683947-GSM4683954 in GSE154927) are included in the 'SW480_vst.xlsx'.
