Title Cell and Transcriptomic Diversity of Infrapatellar Fat Pad during Knee Osteoarthritis [Spatial Transcriptomics]

Summary Objective: To spatially resolve the identified celltypes, subtypes and transcriptomic profiles from single-nuclei RNA-seq with matched 12 infrapatellar fat pad of knee OA patients using spatial transcriptomics sequencing.
 
Overall design Spatial transcriptomics sequencing libraries were constructed for 12 infrapatellar fat pad (IFP) of knee OA samples using the 10X Genomics Visium CytAssist Spatial Gene Expression Reagent Kits to spatially resolve the celltypes in the IFP tissue using bioinformatics analysis.
