Title |
Sef1-dependent gene expression in Saccharomyces cerevisiae |
Organism |
Saccharomyces cerevisiae |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by array
|
Summary |
To understand the gene expression in Saccharomyces cerevisiae under fermentative and respiraotry conditions, we perfomred the genome-wide gene expression profiling for the log-phase cells of S. cerevisiae wild type, sef1 deletion, and hyperactive SEF1-VP16 mutants under the YPD and YPGly conditions.

Overall design |
Cells from overnight YPD cultures were diluted into YPD and YPGly at a cell density of 0.2 OD per ml and incubated at 30°C for 5.5 h. Four biological replicates fro each strain under each condition were preprared.
