Status Public on Aug 06, 2024
Title Integrative multi-omics increase resolution of the sea urchin posterior gut gene regulatory network at the single-cell level
Organism Strongylocentrotus purpuratus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We use multi-omics (ATAC-seq, single cell RNA-seq and differential bulk RNA-seq) to increase resolution of the sea urchin posterior gut GRN for the cells expressing the ParaHox gene Sp-Pdx1.

Overall design Generation, analysis and integration of ATAC-seq, single cell and bulk RNA-seq data of 2 dpf Strongylocentrotus purpuratus embryo to draft gut GRN. Bulk RNAseq data was published previously and is not included here.
