Title |
Single cell RNA-seq of aortas from Tet2flox/flox and Tet2SMC-KO mice receiving high-dosed cholecalciferol |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
To investigate the role of TET2 in osteogenic differentiation of smooth muscle cells (SMCs) in vivo, we performed single cell RNA-seq in cholecalciferol overload-induced calcified aortas of Tet2flox/flox and SMC specific Tet2 knock-out mice (Tet2SMC-KO).

Overall design |
We performed single cell RNA sequencing (scRNAseq) of aorta tissues from the Tet2flox/flox mice receiving vehicle (WT) or high-dosed cholecalciferol (WT_VD) and Tet2SMC-KO mice receiving high-dosed cholecalciferol (KO_VD) , 3 replicates of each group.
