Title |
Profiling of exosomal microRNAs expression in culture medium of human esophageal cancer cell lines under hypoxic conditions |
Platform organism |
synthetic construct |
Sample organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Non-coding RNA profiling by array
|
Summary |
The purpose of this analysis is to analyze the changes that occur in microRNAs contained in exosomes released from cancer cells in the tumor hypoxic environment of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC). We used microarrays to perform a comprehensive analysis of microRNAs in exosomes released from human ESCC cell lines under normoxic or hypoxic conditions.

Overall design |
Two human ESCC cell lines (KYSE-960, T.Tn) were cultured in 20% oxygen or 1% oxygen for 48 hours, and microRNA array analysis of RNA contained in exosomes extracted from the culture supernatant by ultracentrifugation was performed using the GeneChip miRNA 4.0 Array to identify common variable microRNA groups.
